Luxottica Days, Villa Reale of Monza

Hosting the next Luxottica Days, one of the most important corporate events for the leading company in the eyewear sector, will be another exceptional location: the Villa Reale in Monza, which for the occasion was completely closed to the public.

For the entire month of November, the only guests admitted to the villa were the clients of the giant founded by the entrepreneur Leonardo Del Vecchio: after Venaria Reale in Turin and Villa Erba in Como, therefore, it will be the turn of the Piermarini rooms on the outskirts of Milan to welcome the new collections of all the brands managed by the group (from Persol to Ray Ban, from Prada to Versace, from Dolce & Gabbana to Burberry and many others).

The rental agreement, after the green light from the management Consortium, was signed by the concessionaire of the Villa, the entrepreneur Attilio Navarra, who expressed great satisfaction with the initiative: “The Villa Reale of Monza is proud to offer your spaces for a completely new experience. The Luxottica Days are an event with an international character that will bring wide visibility to the Villa and its wonderful rooms”

The “Luxottica Days” have now become an unmissable event for professionals, a sort of international summit in which the most important sellers in the world gather in Italy to preview the new collections and place orders.

“We are delighted with this event which will bring 500 visitors a day to Monza with great repercussions on the entire city”, stated the mayor Dario Allevi from the pages of Corriere della Sera.

“We have evaluated the pros and cons, we understand the disappointment of not being able to enter the Villa for a month, but the closure of the entire Villa to the public, including the museum part, was the sine qua non imposed by Luxottica to protect itself from industrial espionage. The villa will be secured from the court of honor onwards, while we have asked and obtained that the Serrone with the exhibition on Tarkovsky and the Russian artists of the second half of the twentieth century continue its activity”.

For the event, a 2.6 pitch corner Led Wall with external LED portal was set up by the Dhs Event Solution team.
